Mr. Mohammad Bakr Kotah, the Chief Transformation Officer at First Mills, spearheads the efforts of cultural change to achieve comprehensive institutionalization. Furthermore, he leads the charge in strategy development, execution in collaboration with Senior Executives and the overall governance to ensure the success of the transformation process. With his experience as a Strategy Change Agent at Kafaa Management Consulting and Halwani Brothers, alongside a strong manufacturing background at Procter & Gamble, he brings a balanced approach between strategy and execution to the table. In his role as the CTO, he provides guidance, fosters collaboration, and monitors strategic objectives on a departmental and organizational level. Mr. Kotah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering & Management, as well as an MSc in Entrepreneurship from the University of Nottingham.
