Dr Schmitt holds a Dr. Sc. and M.Sc. in Agriculture, majoring Livestock Production, Economics and Extension. Before joining Caisley, Dr. Schmitt was the Managing Director (1995 to 2021) of ADT Project Consulting GmbH, a German livestock consulting company, with more than 15 projects worldwide for national authorities and international donors (FAO, World Bank, EU-Commission).

Dr.-Ing. Martino Celeghini is currently Vice President of CESCO EPC GmbH and CEO of MMW Technologie GmbH and co-owner of CESCO Holding GmbH. He holds an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and a PhD in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg in Germany.

Mr. Jorge has been working for 28 years to develop and promote the use of boron as micronutrient in fertilizers. He previously served at US Borax as Global Agriculture Market having the main activities in countries like Brazil, India or South Africa. Since 2019, He joined Brenntag SE initially as Agriculture Industry Manager for South Europe and currently as Agriculture Director EMEA, with the mission to support the crop nutrition & crop protection markets.

Mr. Halawy is a key figure in Agriculture construction industry. His expertise spanning diverse agricultural avenues, from open field farms to Medium-Tech and High-Tech CAE Protected Houses, empowers him to bridge the gap between Agriculture’s operational needs and advanced technologies. His know-how underpins his mission to digitally transform the agriculture ecosystem, unlocking data and machine learning’s potential to optimize Agriculture production capabilities.

With a PhD in Process Engineering and vast expertise covering sustainability, water management, and environmental compliance. Dr. Jessy currently advises prominent Saudi entities such as the National Center for Environmental Compliance (NCEC) and the National Center for Waste Management (MWAN), driving key initiatives in sectoral performance monitoring, policy development, and innovative environmental solutions.

With over 30 years of experience in event design and events management, Dr James Morgan has been consistently voted as one of the world’s 100 Most Influential People in the Event Industry. He is the founder and principal consultant at the events consultancy James Morgan Associates. He has recently been the Dean of the International Tourism and Hospitality College in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
